The tour starts at 8.45 in front of the main station building. After a short introduction about the history of the the railway station and its architecture, the tour walks through the building down to the platforms and from there to the locomotive depots and repair shops. See the how locomotives are turned and set up for service, how trains are composed, how wagons are cleaned and wheels are replaced. Do a step into the past and discover some historical rolling stock of the Iranian Railways. After a rest with tea and snacks to tour turns back to the main station building around 1 p.m. English translation available for extra fare.
